一、产品介绍(Introduction) 


       Antainano®纳米晶带材是一种具有超微晶结构(晶粒尺寸~10 nm)的铁基软磁合金材料,具有高饱和磁感、高磁导率,低损耗等优异的软磁性能,广泛应用于电力电气,工业电源、新能源、轨道交通、消费电子、无线充电等领域。

       Antainano®高精度铁基纳米晶带材的厚度为14~26微米(实测厚度),宽度为2~80 mm,可以制成各种铁芯、器件或屏蔽片等磁性元器件产品,能够很好地满足高频低损耗的性能要求,并助力电子设备向高频化、小型化、轻量化方向发展。

 

Antainano® is an iron-based soft magnetic alloy materials with nanocrystalline structures (grain size ~10nm). With excellent soft-magnetic properties such as high saturation flux density (Bs), high permeability, and low core loss, it is widely used in electrical power, industrial power supply, renewable energy, railway & transportation, consumer electronics, wireless charging, etc.

Antainano® products are available as high precision iron-based nanocrystalline ribbon in thickness from 14 µm to 26 µm and widths from 2 mm to 80 mm, which can be made into various magnetic components including cores, devices, shielding sheets, etc. They can meet the performances of high frequency and low core loss simultaneously, and facilitate the development of electronic equipment towards the trend of high frequency, miniaturization, and lightweight.

纳米晶带材的磁导率在一定范围可调,不同磁导率对应的抗饱和能力不同。目前安泰科技可提供以下磁导率变化范围的材料定制化解决方案。

Antainano® ribbon permeability can be adjusted in a certain range. The DC-immune property of cores changes with varied permeability. At present, Antainano® can provide customized material solving method for permeability range as below.

六、不同厚度带材性能比较(Performance Comparison of Different Ribbon Thickness)

1.损耗特性曲线-频率(Loss-Frequency Characteristic)

同种成分的纳米晶合金带材,在中高频率下,带材越薄,损耗越低,进而降低器件的温升,避免烧损。

For Antainano® alloy ribbon with same composition, the thinner ribbon is, the lower core loss is. Moreover, the temperature rise of components could be reduced in high frequency to avoid burning.

2.损耗特性曲线-Bm(Loss-Bm Characteristic)

同种成分的纳米晶合金带材,在相同Bm下,带材越薄,损耗越低。

For Antainano® alloy ribbon with same composition,  the thinner ribbon has the lower core loss at the same Bm.

3.磁导率频率特性曲线(Permeability)

同种成分的纳米晶合金带材,带材越薄,高频磁导率越高,阻抗越高,可使器件获得更好的EMC效果。

For Antainano® alloy ribbon with same composition,the thinner ribbon has the higher permeability and impendance at higher frequency, which results in good EMC performance of components .
